Refund Policy

Nashid's pricing options require that you purchase batches of verification first, so you can then start using the service. Once an amount of verifications have been purchased, we do not offer refunds.

For enterprise clients, once a contract has been signed, then we would see the contract to completion and the terms and conditions of that contract specifically shall prevail, along with its own refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel your active account with Nashid at anytime and it will be processed within 14 working days from the date of request.

Signed contracts using Nashid's enterprise pricing option will have their own terms of cancellation that shall prevail over these terms.
